Fast Video to GIF SWF Converter is an easy to use and powerful conversion tool that lets you convert video file such as AVI (DivX, XviD), MPEG1, MPEG2, VCD, SVCD, WMV, and ASF formats to animated GIF and SWF flash files. Ability to define size and quality on converted GIF or SWF file. Control over Color Optimization (Standard, Dither, Optimal, Dither + Optimal) and select Transparency Color of animated GIF.

Useful abilities are provided for output files such as defining Play Loop and Frame Delay for animated GIF. Customizing Aspect Ratio, Deinterlace and Output Volume are available for SWF flash. Also Take Snapshot is another useful tool to take capture of video and make it editable as an image.
